We provide services, which are regulated by many binding international and national regulations, including, in particular, Regulation (EU) No 2018/1139 of the European Parliament and of the Council, Commission Regulations (EU) No 965/2012, No 1178/2011, No 1321/2014 (Part-M, Part-145, Part-147), Regulation (EC) No 300/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council, Commission implementing regulation (EU) No 923/2012 (SERA), the Civil Aviation Act No 49/1997 Sb. etc.
Besides these mandatory norms, our company also fulfils the requirements of the international standard ČSN EN ISO 9001 („Quality Management Systems") and have been holders of a certificate of compliance with these standards since 2002. The certificate is valid within the following fields: Commercial Air Transport - HEMS, transport of passengers and freight, aerial service, flight school, aircraft maintenance. The integrated management system for the entire company is built on the procedural principles and requirements of all the mentioned standards for aviation and the „ISO" standards. The basic aim of this integrated management system is to ensure the safe operation of aircraft, their airworthiness and, last but not least, continually improve the quality of the services we offer.
